About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website, run by Dukhtaran Home (Girls Hostel). Residency terms (deposit, rules, visitors, notice) are set out separately in writing when you book.
Information on this site
We try to keep rates and details correct, but they can change. Nothing here is a binding offer. A seat is booked only when the hostel confirms it to you.
Bookings and payments
Room charges are billed monthly per seat. Payment amounts, due dates and refund terms are given to you in writing before you pay.
Using the website
Please do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
Links to other sites
We link to WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Applications
An application is not a confirmed booking. A seat is confirmed only when the hostel confirms it to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give.
Admission and security fees
- Admission fee: Rs 3,000, paid one time.
- Security fee: Rs 6,000, refundable.
Guests and visitors
- Family member staying per night: Rs 1,000.
- Friend staying per night: Rs 1,500.
- Visitor staying longer than 3 hours during a visit: fine of Rs 500.
Leaving the hostel
A resident who wishes to leave must inform the hostel authorities one month in advance, and must vacate before the end of the month. From the 1st day of the following month, she will be obliged to pay Rs 1,000 per day.
Liability
We provide this website as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss from relying on website information without confirming it with us. Nothing here limits rights you have under Pakistani law.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad hear disputes.
